RETURNS: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please keep all proof of return and ensure you use a tracking service to ensure delivery coverage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is suspected of being worn no refund will be given and we can arrange for the item to be redelivered to you. If the item is being returned due to a fault on the item, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the item.
If an item is received after 15 days of delivery we at Enrich Skincare Cosmetics will only exchange the item for the same item or issue a gift voucher to the value of your order.
REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. After we inspect the item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 4-5 working days or less depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
